The Committee on Judicial Policy concluded that the draft law on amendment to the Criminal Code of Ukraine re criminal legal protection of persons from unlawful coercion

The bill (Reg. No. 2639) aimed at improvement of legislation in part of regulation of criminal legal consequences for person who caused harm to legally protected interests as a result of coercion.
It suggests a new version of article 40 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
