The Committee on Finance and Banking recommends that Parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the draft law “On amending several legislative acts of Ukraine re refining the finance bill procedure”

The bill suggests improving several norms of specialized legislation re securities that are related to the questions of issue, turnover and payment of finance bill, etc.
In particular, the bill “On Bills’ Turnover in Ukraine” is supplemented with article presupposing that finance bank bill and finance treasury bill belong to the finance bills.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2845.
