The Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy recommends that Parliament should adopt in second reading and in entirety the draft law “On amendments to several legislative acts in connection with implementation of administrative reform”

The bill suggests amendments to a range of legislative acts (118) in connection with creation of the Ministry of Income and Levy on the basis on the State Taxation Service and the State Customs Service of Ukraine.   

It suggests supplementing the Law “On Notary” and “On Collection and Registration of a Single Fee for Mandatory State Social Insurance.”

The respective bill was registered under No. 2835.
