The Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to article 1 of the Law “On ensuring implementation of housing rights of dormitory residents” (re expanding the right to receive apartment by military men and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine)

The bill (Reg. No. 1016) suggests entitling military men and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine with the right to privatize living space in dormitories. 

Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will help advocate legal interests of military men and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine for the right to living space in dormitories.
