The bill (Reg. No. 2245) suggests specifying the terms “executor”, “agreement”, “unfair entrepreneurial practice” and “accommodation.”

During the discussion, the Committee members stressed that the proposed changes are mostly technical or editorial in nature. The Committee decided to reject the bill and its proposals will be considered during the revision of the draft amendments to the Law "On Consumer’s Rights Protection" (re consolidation of  consumer rights to free choice of products and the compensation of material and moral harm) (Reg. No. 2242).
