The Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice does not uphold the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re early termination of powers of people’s deputy of Ukraine

The bill (Reg. No. 2536) suggests amends to separate articles of the Code of Administrative Proceedings, laws “On Status of People’s Deputy of Ukraine” and “On Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada” in order to improve mechanism of deprivation of the authorities of people's deputy of Ukraine due to the violation of the incompatibility of the deputy's mandate with other activities.
