The Committee for Informatization and Information Technologies upholds the draft law on amendments to article 40 of the Law “On regulation of town planning” (re implementation of national project “Technopolis”)

The bill (Reg. No. 2504) suggests to deprive customers of a share in developing the infrastructure of a populated area, in case of construction of building project and transportation and engineering infrastructure during implementation of national project “Technopolis” – creation of innovative development and high technologies infrastructure” and its components.

People’s deputy supported the proposal of the Committee Chairman Valeriy Omelchenko on initiating the parliamentary hearing on legislative support of legislative society development in Ukraine, in November 2013.
