The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to article 230 of the Tax Code of Ukraine (re control over spirits and distillery turnover)

The bill (Reg. No. 2403) aims at strengthening control over spirits and distillery turnover and procedure of documentation operations on import/export of spirits and distillery in/out of the territory of excise stores. 

The bill suggests amending article 230 of the Tax Code of Ukraine to settle the issue of excise store.
