The Committee on Social Policy and Labour recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to article 42 of the Law “On Population Employment” (re payment for issuing licenses to employees for using foreigners’ labour and stateless persons for temporary employment)

The bill (Reg. No. 2620) introduces differential and increased amount of payment for using foreigners’ labor and labor of stateless persons and establish it depending on the kind of profession.

I.Miroshnychenko and O.Myrnyi, the authors of the bill, advocated the need to adopt the bill by the necessity to decrease the number of unemployed population of Ukraine and increase the level of its social security, as well as stimulate employees involve citizens into work.  

Committee members upheld the bill, adoption of which will allow legislatively settle the procedure of issuing licenses to employees for using foreigners’ labour and labour of stateless persons.
