Dear colleagues and friends!
Please accept my sincere greetings on the occasion of the 20th establishment anniversary of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine!
From the first days of its activity the Academy set out to actively contribute to the development of fundamental and applied economic sciences for effective economic development of the Ukrainian state by consolidating intellectual potential of scientists, politicians, civil servants, business leaders, professionals of the economy, and to protect the general interests of its members.
It has contributed to the development of the economic foundation of the statehood, academic support of reform and the training of highly qualified specialists for national economy of the state in various directions.
Large-scale studies aimed at developing methodology for strategic planning of the state, forms and methods of overcoming the effects of transformational and structural financial and economic crises, information-analytical, methodological and organizational support of economic and social reform and development at all levels of economic management, the formation of economic policy and the mechanisms of its implementation, enabled the Academy, despite its public status, to become a leading scientific institution with modern economics priority on problems of economic development.
Your specialist made ??a lot of unique scientific developments that have been used in various industries in Ukraine and abroad. Academy’s scholars made significant contribution to strengthening the ties of academic and university science with production, the development of scientific contacts with RAS academic institutions, CIS and research centers abroad.
I am sure that your constant movement forward, creative inspiration, caring for close and long-term perspective will ensure development and multiply success for the benefit of Ukraine.
