The following laws were adopted in entirety:
“On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re implementation of state anti-corruption policy”
The Law aims at implementation of recommendations by experts of the European Commission on refinement of anti-corruption legislation in the part of establishing institutional basis for exercising financial control and control over adherence to legislation in regard to settling conflict of interest in the activity of persons authorized for implementation of state functions or functions of local self-government, or separate persons equated to them.
The amendments made by the legislative act also aim at refining the provisions of the Law “On Principles of Corruption Prevention and Counteraction”.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2837.
“On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re refining the system of personal data protection”
The legislative act amends the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, the Law “On Personal Data Protection” and the Law “On ratification of Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data regarding supervisory authorities and transborder data flows” in order to determine the Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the authorized body in the sphere of personal data protection.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2836.
“On amendments to article 263-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine in connection with Ukraine’s accession to the Protocol against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Their Parts and Components and Ammunition, supplementing United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime”
The Law suggests a new version of the title and part 1 of article IX of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Crimes against public safety”. It also suggests establishing criminal responsibility not only for manufacturing, processing, or repair of firearms, but also for counterfeiting, illegal removal or change of marking.
Under the Law, “illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms, or counterfeiting, illegal removal or change of marking, or illicit manufacturing of ammunition, explosives or explosive devices
entails a custodial sentence form three to seven years”.
The respective bill was registered under No. 1263.
“On amendments to the Law “On prohibition to import and sell leaded gasoline and lead additives to gasoline on the territory of Ukraine” re aviation fuel
The Law allows import and sell aviation leaded gasoline "Avgas 100 LL" on the territory of Ukraine at an annual quota amounting to 1000 tons and until the certified alternative fuel is introduced in Ukraine.

“On amendments to several laws of Ukraine re granting and indexation of pension”
Legislative act amends the laws “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance”, “On Pension Provision of Persons Discharged from Military Service and Several Other Persons”, “On Collection and Registration of a Single Fee for Mandatory State Social Insurance” and “On State Social Assistance to Persons that do not have the Right to Pension and Disabled Persons”.
The respective bill was registered under No. 1117.
“On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re improvement of procedure of state registration of rights to land plots of state and communal property in connection with their delimination”
The legislative act amended the laws “On state registration of rights to immovable property and charges”, “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine regarding separation of state and municipal property”, “On state land cadastre” that determine peculiarities of state registration of rights to land plots of state and municipal property.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2303-2.
“On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re ensuring stable operation of strategic enterprises of the energy sector”
The legislative act prolongs the procedure of repayments of debts of enterprises of fuel and energy complex, determined by the Law “On measures aimed at ensuring stable operation of fuel and energy complex, till 1 January 2014.

“On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine to ensure equality between single mothers and single fathers”
The legislative act supplements article 232 of the Labor Code of Ukraine with the provision that allows single fathers flush with single mothers to approach regional, city regional and city courts in dispute over employment refusal, in case of presence of a child under fourteen.
The law granted also the right to single fathers for the priority to housing and the right to working age single fathers with children under the age of fourteen years for additional state guarantees of employment.
The respective bill was registered under No. 1179.
“On amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine in connection with establishment of bodies of income and charges”
The Law was elaborated in order to adjust the provisions of the Budget Code of Ukraine to the changes in the system of central body of executive power, connected with establishment of the Ministry of income and Charges of Ukraine through reorganization of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and State Customs Service of Ukraine.
The Law suggests new versions of article 59 and 60 of the Budget Code.

“On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re bringing legislation in line with the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine”
The law is aimed at bringing the terminology used in the legislation of Ukraine in line with the conceptual apparatus of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
Respective amendments are to be made ??to the Criminal, Criminal Executive Code, Customs Code, the Code of Administrative Justice, Law "On Enforcement Proceedings" and "On prevention and counteraction to legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and terrorist financing", "On Law Enforcement", "On Militia"," On Bodies and Services dealing with Children and Special Institutions for Children" and other legislative acts.

“On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re State Special Transport Service”
The law determines legislative basis in regard to meeting the needs of State Special Transport Service in ammunition and implements of war by the Cabinet of Ministers and according to the Procedure of extracting and transferring military equipment of the Armed Forces.
The respective bill was registered under No. 1232.
