It was noted that the Committee has prepared the bill (Reg. No. 2800) for the second reading and recommends that the Verkhovna rada should adopt it in the second reading and in entirety as a law, according to the provided comparative table.
The bill was elaborated in order to adjust the provisions of the Budget Code of Ukraine to the changes in the system of central body of executive power, connected with establishment of the Ministry of income and Charges of Ukraine through reorganization of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and State Customs service of Ukraine.
The Committee took into account all the received proposals during preparation of the bill for the second reading.
