The Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice recommends that the Parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the draft law on amendments to the article 21 of the Law “On Court Expertise” (re peopleware)

The bill (Reg. No. 2144) is aimed at bringing the provisions of the article 21 of the Law “On Court Expertise” in line with the requirements of the Law “On the Prevention and Combating discrimination in Ukraine.”
The draft law proposes to set for the experts the general demand to undergo trainings in specialized state institutions of the Ministry of Justice once in three years.
