The legislative act supplements article 232 of the Labor Code of Ukraine with the provision that allows single fathers flush with single mothers to approach regional, city regional and city courts in dispute over employment refusal, in case of presence of a child under fourteen.
The law granted also the right to single fathers for the priority to housing and the right to working age single fathers with children under the age of fourteen years for additional state guarantees of employment.
The respective bill was registered under No. 1179.
