The bill (Reg. No6675) envisages supplementing of the clause 24 of the effective Law with the principles pursuant to which, "application on assignment (re-calculation) of pensions and other necessary documents are submitted to the territorial body of the Pension Fund of Ukraine or to the authorized body or person in order defined by the Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine after the coordination with specially authorized ventral body of the executive power in the sphere of labour and social policy, sphere of education and science and also research and research and technical activity and technologies transfer. "
