The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Enforcement Proceedings" and several other Legislative Acts of Ukraine to enhance the Compulsory Execution of the Resolutions of Courts and other Bodies (Officials)"

The Law presents a new version of the Law "On Enforcement Proceedings", and amends the Civil Procedural Code, the Economic Procedural Code, the Criminal Code, the Criminal Procedural Code, the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine, the Laws "On Public Enforcement Service", "On Banks and Banking", "On Payment System and Money Transfers in Ukraine" to enhance the compulsory execution of the resolutions of courts and other bodies (officials).

 

The Law "On Public Enforcement Service" sets the terms and the procedure of implementing the resolutions of courts and other bodies (officials) subject to compulsory execution if not implemented voluntarily.

 

Pursuant to the Law, the public enforcement service under the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is responsible for the compulsory execution of resolutions.

 

A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 2782.
