The Committee on Finance and Banking recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on E-Business

The bill (Reg. No.6086) supports the legal procedure of conclusion and implementation of legal actions on the use of information and communication tools and technologies.

 

It regulates the relations (rights, obligations) between the entities in the realization of e-procedures by conclusion and implementation of legal actions on sale and/or delivery of goods, performance of works, and rendering of services, and other related legal actions on the basis of information and communication tools and technologies making up the e-business sector.   

 

The Committee members also scrutinized two alternative bills under Reg. No. No. 6086-1, 6086-2, the provisions of which should be taken into account while adjusting the bill under Reg. No. 6086 to the second reading.
