The bill (Reg. No.3631) specifies definitions of two terms in clause 1 of the applicable Law: the term "airtime" means the time span, when not only the programs, but also all the audio-visual production is broadcast; the term "logotype" is applied not only to differentiate between the programs, but also to position the entire airtime of the television channel.
