The bill (Reg. No.6358) harmonizes the national legislation on execution of resolutions and implementation of the European Court practice with the Court practice in adoption of resolutions to ratify the terms of the unilateral declaration of Ukraine.

Namely, it increases the term of institution of action to implement the resolutions of the European Court from three to ten days to optimize the work of the National Representative Body responsible for the representation of Ukraine in the European Court.

The bill excludes the provisions, pursuant to which the Representative Body shall send a copy of the document with the original judgement of the court to all the parties of the proceedings.

Pursuant to the bill, the court enforcement action by the resolution of the European Court can be suspended after the compensation amount was written off or after other requirements set in the subsequent part of this resolution have been fulfilled.
