The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to Clause 20 of the Law "On Non-Governmental Organizations" (re the Right of a Non-Governmental Organization to address the Court in the Interests of its Members)

According to the bill (Reg. No.2511), the right of a non-governmental organization to represent and defend its legitimate interests and legitimate interests of its members (participants) at the state and non-governmental bodies also envisages the right to address a court to protect the rights, freedoms and interests of its members. 

 

Adjusting the bill to the second reading, the Committee received 5 amendments from the People´s Deputies of Ukraine that were adopted partially or fully.
