The Law specifies the commercial failure. It concerns enterprises using nuclear energy in their activity; in particular, it considers the body in charge of state regulation of the nuclear and radiation safety or their regional inspections as the participants of the indicated commercial failure.
Moreover, "the enterprise, the activity of which is connected with the use of nuclear energy, and which is involved in the bankruptcy procedure, shall immediately notify the bodies in charge of the state nuclear and radiation safety or their regional inspections."
