The bill (Reg. No. 7183), submitted
by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, supplements Clause 121 of the Code of
Laws on Labour of Ukraine with a provision whereby the employees sent on a
business trip shall be paid for the work performed under the terms of a labour
or collective contract, but not less then the average pay rate. The bill
excluded the provision whereby the average rate of pay shall be guaranteed for
the employees sent on a business trip during the period of a business trip.
The Committee members deems necessary to regulate the issue of labour remuneration of the employees sent on a business trip. Adoption of the bill will prevent reduction in the wage of the employees sent on a business mission.
