Pursuant to the Agreement, the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) can "freely perform the activity envisaged by the NEFCO Statute in the territory of Ukraine, especially, borrow money under the laws and normative-legal acts of Ukraine, using the permitted tools, own such funds, use and manage them, and keep the accounts in any currency."
Pursuant to the Agreement, "interest and other payments belonging to NEFCO due to the Projects and financial activity, envisaged by this Agreement, as well as assets and income of NEFCO related to this financial activity and the Projects are exempt from tax."
A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 0178.
