The Committee on Public Health supports the Bill on Amendments to Clause 13 of the Law "On Rest and Recreation of Children" (re Recreation of Children who require Special Recreation Conditions)

The bill (Reg. No. 6498) excludes the provision that parents, other legal representatives or social workers shall stay together with children who require special conditions for recreation in rest and recreation facilities for children at the expense of their own funds, from Clause 13 of the Law "On Rest and Recreation of Children."

 

The Committee supports the bill in the first reading. A respective resolution was forwarded to the Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism.
