The People´s Deputies introduced the following amendments to the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of 26 December 2007 "On Election of Chairmen, First Deputy Chairmen, Deputy Chairmen, Secretaries and Members of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committees of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Sixth Convocation, and Election of Chairmen, First Deputy Chairman, Deputy Chairmen, Secretary and Members of the Special Supervisory Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Privatization":
withdrawn Serhii Anatoliovych Teriokhin from the office of the Chairman of the Committee of the Taxation and Customs Policy according to the resolution of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Taxation and Customs Policy; however, S.A. Teriokhin S.A. keeps the office of the Committee member;
appointed Vitalii Yuriovych Khomutkin, People´s Deputy of Ukraine, Party of Regions member, to the office of the Chairman of the Committee on the Taxation and Customs Policy and dismissed him from the office of the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee;
took into consideration that the vacant office of the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on the Taxation and Customs Policy remains under "Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc."

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appointed Andrii Vitaliiovych Shevchenko, People´s Deputy of Ukraine, member of the BYuT faction, to the office of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information and dismissed him from the office of the First Deputy Chairman of the indicated Committee.

The People´s Deputies appointed Serhii Mykolaiovych Husarov, People´s Deputy of Ukraine, Party of Regions member, to the office of the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Judicial Policy and dismissed him from the office of the Deputy Chairman of the Committee;
The People´s Deputies elected the members of the Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine:
Matvienko Anatoliy Serhiyovych, Bloc "Our Ukraine People's Self-Defence", to the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relationss and dismissed him from the office of the member of the Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government;
Bondarenko Viktor Viktorovych, Party of Regions, to the member of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Transport and Communications, and dismissed him from the office of the member of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations.
