The bill (Reg. No. 7010) amends and supplements several legislative acts of Ukraine to implement clause 7 of the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings signed by Ukraine on November 17, 2005.

Pursuant to the bill, "before performing international passenger transportation, the carrier shall verify the availability of documents required to enter the country of destination." The air carrier is obliged to deny international transportation of the passenger who failed to present the documents required to enter the country of destination.
