The European Integration Committee recognized Conformity of Several Bills to the EU Legislation, Commitments of Ukraine within the Council of Europe, Standards and Principles of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade / World Trade Organization

The parliament members scrutinized the bill on amendments to the Law "On the Foreign Investment Regime " (Reg. No.6363) that cancels the compulsory registration of certain types of foreign investments. Pursuant to the bill, since January 1, 2012 the amendments to the credit (loan) agreement shall be introduced by common consent of the parties.

 

The Committee also declared that the bill on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine (regarding livestock management and protection) (Reg. No.6239) complies with the EU legislation.

 

The bill introduces amendments and supplements to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Criminal Code of Ukraine, differentiating the infringements in the sphere of livestock management, and adding new infringements classification.
