The Committee on Culture and Spirituality recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to several Laws of Ukraine to enhance Production of the Printed Matter to the Governmental Order

The bill (Reg. No. 6554) supplements the applicable Law "On Publishing" with a provision that the governmental order for the production of the printed matter is formed in accordance with the Law "On the Governmental Order to meet the Priority Public Sector Requirements." The total volume of the printed edition, circulation and cost are the basic criteria.

 

The People´s Deputies expressed several remarks concerning the bill, especially, its technical-legal and structural aspects.
