The Committee on Judicial Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to Clause 242 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (re Representation by Law) in the Second Reading

The
bill (Reg. No.3317) amends the Civil Code of Ukraine, stating that parents
(adopters) are legal representatives of their young and under age children and
act on their behalf as trustees and custodians.
Representative of the Minister of Justice of Ukraine spoke at the Committee´s meeting, presenting the remarks of the Ministry.
