The Law shapes the legislative framework for application of production distribution agreements; alleviates the licensing procedures in the mineral resources use sector on the grounds of the distribution agreements; enhances the mechanism of tax payment, etc.  

 

A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 5476.
