The Committee members declared that the bill (Reg. No.6483) was drafted to eliminate the ambiguities between the norms of the Laws "On Organization of Formation and Circulation of Credit Histories", "On State Tax Service in Ukraine" and "On State Registry for Individual Taxpayers and other Obligatory Payments to the Credit Bureau" regarding implementation of the credit bureau right for obtaining the data from the State Registry for Individual Taxpayers.

The Committee believes that adoption of the bill will eliminate ambiguities between the norms of the laws as to the rights of the credit bureau to receive information from the State Tax Service bodies of Ukraine regarding the authenticity of individual tax payer identification number. Moreover, it will form the legislative basis for adoption of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers on the order of data transference from the state registries.
