Out of 66 types of economic activity subject to licensing under clause 9 of the Law "On Licensing of certain Types of Economic Activity", the bill (Reg. No.6696) abolishes licensing of 23 types non-related to the threat to state security, human life and health, deterioration of the environmental conditions, and those subject to other methods of state regulation (governmental standards, construction standards and rules, technical conditions, international quality standards, etc).
As licensing of several types of economic activity is abolished, the bill amends three codes of Ukraine and 13 special laws of Ukraine.
