The Committee on European Integration recommends the Parliament to ratify the Agreement between Ukraine and European Bank for Investments on Cooperation and Activity of the Standing Representation of EBI in Ukraine

The Agreement signed on 15 June 2010 in Luxemburg arranges the conditions to support sustainable work of the EIB residential office in Ukraine and provide an appropriate efficiency level of cooperation between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank. 

Pursuant to the act, Ukraine agrees with the fact that EIB can form the resident office in Ukraine to facilitate the Bank´s activity in Ukraine. 

EIB shall inform the Government of Ukraine about the address of the residential office in Ukraine. 

Pursuant to the Agreement, "the residential office is headed by the Chairman or\and Deputy Chairman, employs the officials, other bank experts as the officials, and other specialists of the residential office." 

The residential office has the right to use the flag and emblem of the Bank and the European Union on its buildings, in particular, on the place of residence of the Chairman of the residential office, and on the transport means of the Chairman of the residential office. 

A relevant bill is registered under Reg. No.0183.
