The bill (Reg. No. 4493) supplements Clause 61 of the Family Code of Ukraine with a new part, under which a dwelling and a land plot acquired by a spouse within marriage in the result of a free transfer out of the lands in public or municipal ownership or privatization of a land plot belong to the legal objects of a right of common property of spouses.
