The Law amends the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, strengthening poaching counteraction. The Law authorizes the officials of corresponding public authority bodies, social inspectors of environmental protection, social hunting inspectors and social fishery inspectors to conclude protocols on administrative infringements of certain types.
A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 3003.
