The Foreign Affairs Committee recommends that the Parliament ratifies several Documents

The Committee recommends that the Parliament ratifies the Protocol between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on Exclusion from the Free Trade Regime to the Agreement of Free Trade between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Moldova of November 13, 2003 (Reg. No. 0168), which excludes several types of goods mentioned by the Protocol from the free trade regime in the relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova.   

 

The Committee recommends that the Parliament ratifies the Protocol between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Georgia on Amendments to the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Georgia on Free Trade of January 9, 1995 (Reg. No. 0173).

 

The Protocol amends Clause 1 of this Agreement: "for the aims of this Agreement and for the period of its validity, to differentiate the goods imported from the countries of the Contractual Parties, the Contractual Parties shall be guided by the Resolution of the CIS Council of Heads of Government on the Rules of Identification of the Country of Origin signed on November 30, 2000 in Minks, and shall use the certificate of origin СТ-1 by transportation of goods originating from the countries of the Contractual Parties."

 

Moreover, the Committee recommends that the Parliament ratifies the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on Trade and Economic Cooperation (Reg. No. 0172). The Contractual Parties shall promote and facilitate relations between individuals and legal entities of the respective states.
