The following Laws were adopted with the proposals of the President of Ukraine:
1. "On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements regarding Strengthening of Poaching Counteraction." The Law amends the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, strengthening poaching counteraction. The Law authorizes the officials of corresponding public authority bodies, social inspectors of environmental protection, social hunting inspectors and social fishery inspectors to conclude protocols on administrative infringements of certain types.
2. "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Governmental Defence Order." The Law defines basic legal principles of planning and funding of governmental defense order, and regulates relations appertaining to determination and implementation of procedures related to purchase of production, performance of works and rendering of defense services.
3. "On State Supervision over the International Transfer of Military Goods and their Dual Use." The Law amends the Law "On State Supervision over the International Transfer of Military Goods and their Dual Use" to settle problematic issues in the export supervision and enhance the procedure of state export supervision, harmonizing it with the European standards.
4. "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Application of Agreements of Production Distribution." The Law shapes the legislative framework for application of production distribution agreements; alleviates the licensing procedures in the mineral resources use sector on the grounds of the distribution agreements; enhances the mechanism of tax payment, etc.
The following Laws were adopted:
1. "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Defence of Ukraine", "On the Armed Forces of Ukraine" and "On Intelligence Agencies of Ukraine."
2. "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine due to Ratification of the Convention on the Establishment of a Scheme of Registration of Wills."
3. "On Ratification of the Agreement between Ukraine and the Federal Republic of Brazil on the Transfer of Convicted Offenders."
4. "On Ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings."
5. "On Amendments to the Law "On Ratification of the Convention on Cybercrime" (re Authorized Body).
6. "On Ratification of the Framework Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation."
7. "On Amendments to the Law "On the State Register of Voters."
8. "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2011" (re Financial Support of the Regular Local Elections).
9. "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine."
10. "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re Period of Labour Remuneration).
11. "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2011" (re Purchase of Shares of Naftohaz Ukrainy National Joint-Stock Company."
12. "On Amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding Enhancement of Responsibility for Improper Performance of Obligations related to Children Healthcare, and Abuse of Trustee Rights."
The following Resolutions were adopted:
1. "On the Special Meeting dedicated to the 60th Anniversary of signing the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms in 1950, and other Events to celebrate this Occasion in Ukraine."
2. "On the Preliminary Report of the Interim Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate Legitimacy of Resolutions of the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Company of Ukraine regarding Organization of Competition and Determination of Winners of the Competition for the Receipt (Re-Registration) of Broadcast Licenses with the Use of Frequencies in 2005-2010."
3. "On Prolongation of Work of the Interim Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate the Resolution of the Arbitration Institution of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the Facts of Corruptive Activity of RosUkrEnerho CJSC, Involvement of the Public Authority Officials in it, and Arrest of A.V.Makarenko, ex-Head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine."
4. "On the Preliminary Report of the Interim Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate Censorship in Mass Media, Restriction of Freedom of Speech in Ukraine and Interference with the Professional Activity of the Journalists."
5. "On Celebration of the 90th anniversary of birth of Amet-khan Sultan, twice Hero of the Soviet Union."
6. "On Celebration of the 200th anniversary of birth of Mykola Pyrohov."
7. "On Celebration of the 110th anniversary of birth of Kateryna Bilokur."
8. "On Celebration of the 170th anniversary of birth of Mykhailo Starytskyi."
9. "On Celebration of the 440th anniversary of birth of Petro Sahaidachnyi."
The resolution "On Election of Chairmen, First Deputy Chairmen, Deputy Chairmen, Secretaries and Members of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committees of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Sixth Convocation, and Election of Chairmen, First Deputy Chairman, Deputy Chairmen, Secretary and Members of the Special Supervisory Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Privatization" was passed.
Several resolutions on appointment and dismissal of judges were adopted.
94 deputy inquiries were read out.
Several bills were adopted as a basis, returned for repeated scrutiny, rejected, withdrawn or postponed.
