The bill (Reg. No.4652-д) simplifies the procedure of registration of road traffic accidents where the insured transport vehicles have been damaged, or there are no injured or dead persons, and enhances the insurance recovery procedure.
The bill introduces amendments to the Law "On Compulsory Insurance of the Civil-Legal Responsibility of the Owners of Surface Transport Vehicles" that authorize the insurers to register the documents of traffic accidents where the insured transport vehicles have been damaged, or there are no injured or dead persons.
