The Law amends the applicable Criminal Code of Ukraine, establishing criminal responsibility for illegal transportation of special technical equipment for secret receipt of information across the customs border of Ukraine, and for manufacture, purchase, sale or storage with intended use of such technical equipment.

 

A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 3358.
