The Verkhovna Rada adopted the draft Law on the Ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Czech Republic on Technical and Financial Cooperation (Reg. No. 0395). This decision will ensure the execution of domestic procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Agreement. It is aimed at establishing a framework for attracting technical and financial assistance from the Government of the Czech Republic.
As stated in the explanatory note to the draft Law, the Agreement defines the types and forms of assistance, mechanisms for approving technical and financial assistance projects, as well as tax exemptions, privileges, and immunities within the framework of implementing these projects, including those for Czech experts.
