On February 24, 2022, the troops of the Russian Federation launched an unjustified war on Ukraine in order to destroy the state of Ukraine.

This caused a humanitarian catastrophe in most regions of Ukraine.

The Glory to Ukraine Charitable Foundation has been established as an official partner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to assist the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Territorial Defense of Cities, civilians and refugees affected by the crisis.

The Charitable Foundation is headed by the Secretary General of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Mr. Vyacheslav Shtuchniy.

Other members of the Charitable Foundation leadership are MPs - Ms. Olena Kondratyuk, Vice Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and Ms. Yulia Hryshyna, Chairperson of the Subcommittee on Higher Education of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Education, Science and Innovation.

The Foundation's team actively coordinates international humanitarian aid, organizes its collection and distribution in the following areas:
  • receiving charitable financial assistance to meet priority needs of the Armed Forces, territorial defense forces and civilians, under the supervision of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;
  • providing necessary medicines (at the request of specific healthcare establishments and organizations);
  • providing the Armed Forces, Territorial Defense and the civilian population with food (long-term food, children's food and even hot lunches);
  • providing soldiers of different categories with protection / ammunition (bulletproof vests, helmets, knee pads, protective plates);
  • collection of other assistance:
  • tactical clothing (fleece jackets, boots, assault vests, etc.);
  • appliances and components (lanterns, power banks, batteries, drones, walkie-talkie sets;
  • camping items (sleeping bags, mats, blankets, etc.);
  • hygiene products (detergents, household chemicals, paper and hygienic products);
  • transport vehicles for military needs (jeeps, pickups, buses, fuel and spare parts/components for cars, gasoline, diesel, tires, repair kits, etc.).

We invite all concerned citizens of Ukraine, foreign nationals, public and governmental organizations to actively help Ukrainians in this difficult time.

Together, we shall bring Ukraine closer to victory over the Russian invader!
