The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk:

Orders. All Russian servicemen say that there are orders. Even if they are criminal. But they obeyed these orders, and now they regret it.

Therefore, as a lawyer, I consider it my duty to conduct general legal training for the Russian military.

Execution of a criminal order does not release the servicemen from shame and severe criminal liability for crimes against humanity.

According to Art. 33 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, orders to commit the crime of genocide or crimes against humanity are always considered manifestly unlawful.

The UN Nuremberg Principles, established by the UN Commission on International Law, state: "The fact that a person acted pursuant to order of his Government or of a superior does not relieve him from responsibility under international law, provided a moral choice was in fact possible to him."

Therefore, Russia will face its "Nuremberg Trials of the 21st Century" and there will be no "lawyers" from the civilized world, because only people have the right to defense in court.

!Now what will happen if you refuse to carry out the criminal orders given to you?

The maximum is a disciplinary battalion.

Even the legislation of the Russian Federation provides that "non-execution of knowingly unlawful orders or instructions excludes criminal liability" (Art. 42 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation).

So there is still a chance to break out of the darkness and move to the side of light.

Refuse to carry out criminal orders, convince your relatives and friends to. This is the only way to save your life and thousands of others.

And most importantly, remember the Nuremberg tribunal, which condemned the Nazis. There, the excuse "I only carried out the order" DIDN'T HELP ANYONE.
