Results of the plenary meeting 30/11/21

On November 30, during the plenary session were adopted:
- the Law of Ukraine On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning Ensuring Balance of Budget Revenues (No. 5600). The Law eliminates gaps in the Tax Code, which allowed big business not to pay taxes in #Ukraine; bringing the size of tax rates in line with inflation in the economy; improving the efficiency of collecting certain taxes and repaying tax debts;
- the Law of Ukraine on the Military Chaplaincy Service (No. 4626). The Law defines the principles of the Service' activities, its structure, the order of subordination; the status of military chaplains as servicepersons is fixed, their functional duties are defined;
- the Law of Ukraine on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Concerning the Introduction of Information on the Registered Residence of Citizens of Ukraine in the Temporarily Occupied Territories in Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol, and Issuance of Identity Documents Confirming Citizenship of Ukraine (No. 4564).
