Adopted as s basis the draft Law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Application of Compulsory Feeding Measures to Convicts and Detainees” (No. 4323).

The purpose of the bill is to determine the legal grounds for approval of the procedure and types of forced feeding, as well as the conditions of detention of convicts and detainees who refuse to eat (announce a hunger strike).
