Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Concerning Activation of Science Parks” (No. 4236).
The Law defines the legal status of science parks, their organizational and legal form, outlines their tasks and goals; the founders have the right to create science parks without the consent of the central executive bodies.
The Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Concerning Activation of Science Parks” also gives science parks the right to independently establish areas of activity without their approval by the relevant central executive body.
