Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 5440 "On Amendments to Section XI "Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On Basic Principles and Requirements for Organic Production, Circulation and Labeling of Organic Products".
The Law of Ukraine No. 5440 "On Amendments to Section XI "Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On Basic Principles and Requirements for Organic Production, Circulation and Labeling of Organic Products" is aimed at preventing the cessation of trade in organic products in Ukraine due to the impossibility of complying with the Law, as well as removing obstacles to Ukrainian producers receiving state support in the field of organic production and circulation of organic products.
