Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 5069 "On Amendments to Articles 188-32 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses to Establish Liability for Failure to Comply with the Legal Requirements of the Disciplinary Inspector of the High Council of Justice".
The draft law proposes to establish administrative liability for non-compliance with the legal requirements of the disciplinary inspector of the High Council of Justice for the effective exercise of its powers.
The proposed amendments to Article 188-32 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine are stipulated by the draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on the Procedure for Election (Appointment) to the Positions of Members of the High Council of Justice and Activities of Disciplinary Inspectors of the High Council of Justice", which, in particular, determines the powers of the disciplinary inspector of the High Council of Justice
