Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 5502-d "On the declared as invalid the Law of Ukraine 'On the creation of the Crimea free economic zone and the peculiarities of economic activity in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine' and on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine".
The law abolishes the regime of the free economic zone "Crimea" in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and establishes the features of economic relations in the temporarily occupied territory, taking into account the restrictions caused by the occupation.
In addition, the Law regulates the procedure for entry into and exit from the temporarily occupied territory, enshrines the right to free secondary legal aid for citizens of Ukraine living in the temporarily occupied territory and ensures the exercise of the right to inheritance for such persons.
