Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 4185 "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' regarding warranty obligations in electronic form".
The law provides for digitalization of business processes and improvement of service provided to consumers with warranty service of goods.
The law stipulates at the legislative level the provision of operational documents in electronic form for warranty service of goods.
