Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 4486 "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Concerning the Status of National and Effective Management of Educational Institutions and State Property"
The law amended the laws of Ukraine "On Education", "On Higher Education", "On Professional Higher Education", "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Improving Educational Activities in the Field of Higher Education" and "On Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activity" in terms of improving the procedure for granting the status of national and management of educational institutions and state property assigned to them.
According to the Law, Objects and property of state and municipal educational institutions are not subject to privatization or use for activities not provided by special laws, except for renting to provide services that can not be provided directly by educational institutions related to the educational process or service of participants of educational process.
